Join the River City Big Band for an

unforgettable night of world premieres.

 

In the concert's first half, you will hear six new works commissioned by River City Big Band from composers Craig Brenan, Tom van Seters, Joel Toews, Reid Contreras Woelfle and Simon Williams.

 

The concert's second half will be the world premiere of Gustav Holst's "The Planets", reimagined for Big Band by internationally renowned composer and arranger Allan Gilliland. This epic work, three years in the making, is sure to be an "out of this world" performance.
